Bolivian Rosewood comes from Tropical South America. It has varying redding orange hues with dark streaks. Bolivian Rosewood is fairly easy to work with. It can blunt tools and have tear out. It is great for turning and finishes well. Besides turning, Bolivian Rosewood is used for instruments, veneer, cabinets, and other craft projects. Janka Hardness: 1960
